NEW YORK, May 21—Deloitte Consulting, one of the world’s largest consulting firms, has added Ketchum to a team of marketing and communications partners who will support the firm throughout its relaunch as a new company following separation from Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu later this year.
 
Ketchum will collaborate with Deloitte Consulting on a communications campaign that addresses key audiences including employees, clients, industry analysts, and the media. The firm will work closely with Deloitte Consulting’s other communications partners, including Interbrand, San Francisco-based Creative Capital and a yet-to-be appointed advertising agency, in the expression of the firm’s new global brand and operating structure.
 
“We have a powerful story to tell, and we need business partners who will help us educate the world about that story. Ketchum really gets it, and we are thrilled to have them on our team” said Brian Fugere, chief marketing officer of Deloitte Consulting.
 
Fugere said Ketchum was selected in part because of its proven track record in brand launch campaigns and its in-depth knowledge of the consulting industry.
