LONDON — Lawrence Collis has left Shine after 15 years with the agency to become executive consumer director at Good Relations.

Collis' exit from Shine follows its takeover by the Academy last year, which installed Mitchell Kaye as CEO and Daniel Glover as executive creative director. Prior to that, Collis had led Shine as MD for six years under former CEO and founder Rachel Bell.

At Good Relations, Collis will head the consumer practice alongside executive director David Wiles. He is tasked with team and creative development, senior counsel across the agency's clients, and the continued growth of integrated clients.

"I'm really pleased to be joining the team here, it's a very exciting time for Good Relations with the breadth of capabilities we have to make significant impact to clients' businesses, whatever the challenge and I'm looking forward to help continue to build on GR's success," said Collis.

Collis is also a founding member of the Marketing Technology Association, a not-for-profit organization offering membership to those working in marketing and technology.

"We're always looking to bring high calibre new people to Good Relations and Lawrence fits that brief perfectly.  He brings a wealth of experience, in terms of both the brands he worked with and the type of work he has delivered. We're delighted to welcome him on board," said Richard Moss, CEO Good Relations.
