HO CHI MINH CITY — Luc Mandret has been named GM of MSL in Vietnam, marking his second stint with Publicis Groupe.

Mandret, who joins most recently from Havas Riverorchid in Cambodia, will lead MSL’s offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, with a focus on furthering the development of the agency in the region. He reports to Lukasz Roszczyc, who is Publicis Groupe’s CEO in Vietnam.

He replaces Fermie Jeroen, who has left the firm.

Mandret has spent the last 18 months in Southeast Asia, most recently serving as Havas Riverorchid general manager.

Before assuming that role, Mandret was on the ground exploring opportunities for Publicis in the region. At that point, he had already spent nearly five years with the organization, leading digital operations for MSL sister agency Publicis Consultants in his native France.
