NEW YORK — MWWPR has hired Parker Ray from MSLGroup to take on the role of chief digital strategist and EVP.

Ray joins the independent firm after spending two years with MSLGroup, where he led the New York digital practice. Prior to that, he served as social media director at Golin, after working as director of consumer engagement at Estee Lauder Companies.

At MWWPR, he will lead the firm's overall digital and social media strategy, social listening, digital media buying, influencer programs, and agency education initiatives, reporting to president Bret Werner.
