SINGAPORE—MSLGroup has appointed three senior executives in its Asia operations, including Josh Shapiro as vice president, operations and client solutions; Erin Hanson as general manager, MSL Singapore; and Ricardo Roces as regional finance director.

In his new role, Shapiro will oversee regional functions including client development, finance and operations, agency marketing and integration. He will also work closely with offices across the region to develop client-centric teams and expand speciality communications services offerings, like digital and social media, corporate reputation management and employer branding. He will continue to report to Glenn Osaki, president of MSLGroup Asia.

Shapiro joined the MSL Asia team in January 2008, transferring from the firm’s Atlanta office, and for the last three years served as business director for Asia.

Roces joins MSL Asia from New York, where he has been serving as global controller and has spent seven years with the firm. His new role will include responsibility for all of the firm’s finance operations in Asia.

Hanson is also relocating from the agency’s New York office. In her new role, she will work with Yvonne Koh, managing director of MSL Southeast Asia. During her three years at MSL in America, Hanson has led work for global client Procter & Gamble and brings experience in consumer marketing, including influencer marketing and social media.
