BOSTON — PAN Communications has upped two senior leaders — Darlene Doyle and Lisa Astor — to new roles aimed at furthering the agency’s push to be more client-centric.

Doyle (pictured), who joined PAN four years ago as a VP, will now serve as executive VP of client relations. She will be responsible for working with a team of senior leaders to deliver excellent client service and drive client retention and growth, as well as developing and sharing agency-wide best practices and methodologies.

Astor, who has been part of PAN’s leadership team for more than a decade, has been named senior VP and managing director of the agency’s regional offices. She will be responsible for driving the culture and advancement within each regional office, working with individual general managers to foster careers, hire new talent, increase brand awareness and develop regional growth strategies.

Astor’s promotion comes on the heels of growth in PAN’s Boston, New York and San Francisco offices during the latter half of 2018.

“These two promotions will directly impact the level of management and attention to detail for PAN clients and our regional offices, impacting the agency on both a national and global scale,” said Philip A. Nardone Jr., president and CEO of PAN Communications.

“Darlene and Lisa have emerged as leaders within PAN since the day they joined our firm and I look forward to the impression they will each make in their new roles.”
