MIAMI—rbb Communications has acquired OutOfTheBlue, a Miami-based advertising and creative design agency. OutOfTheBlue develops advertising campaigns and branding strategies for clients in the financial, hospitality, cruise, healthcare, retail and restaurant industries.

OutOfTheBlue joins rbb’s family of brands, including the recently added digital marketing firm SpiderBoost Communications; Gibbs-rbb, a consumer and food product marketing agency former in partnership with Gibbs & Soell; and Digital Park, a division offering integrated digital strategy, social marketing management and content creation.
