LOS ANGELES — Rogers & Cowan and its brand-focused sister agency FRUKT are stepping up their diversity and inclusion efforts, hiring expert Mandisa Diggs to a newly-created leadership role.

Diggs will focus on furthering Rogers & Cowan/FRUKT's diversity and inclusion through ongoing development and implementation of the agency’s inclusive diversity programming, resource development and recruitment initiatives. She will work across the Rogers & Cowan and FRUKT network, which includes sports marketing and representation agency Octagon.

Diggs, formally titled Rogers & Cowan/FRUKT VP of inclusive diversity, brings years of experience in promoting diversity and inclusion for companies such as Cisco, Ford an GE.
