Holmes Report 26 Mar 2014 // 10:56AM GMT
NEW DELHI—The The Holmes Report has again joined forces with the Public Relations Consultants Association of India (PRCAI) to launch the 2014 SABRE Awards South Asia.
Entries can be made at the SABRE Awards South Asia website, where further guidelines and the entry kit are available. Now in their 25th year worldwide, the SABRE Awards have become a global benchmark for public relations work, attracting more than 2,500 entries across North America, EMEA and Asia-Pacific.
After bringing the Awards programme to India in 2013, the Holmes Report and PRCAI aim to build on that success by evaluating, showcasing and elevating the role of PR in the region.
In particular, this year's edition will bring a broader focus on the South Asian market. Entries will be judged by the region's leading in-house and agency executives, including industry leaders from Pakistan and Bangladesh.
The awards gala dinner will take place on 25 July in New Delhi.
"The SABRE Awards, in just one year, has emerged as a benchmark for some of the best PR campaigns in the India market," said PRCAI president Sharif Rangnekar. "Given the anticipation and a full house in 2013, the awards are set to be bigger and greater in 2014. More importantly, with the inclusion of neighbouring nations creating the South Asia region, the prospects look extremely exciting and a calendar event not to miss!"
The deadline for entries is 28 April, although entries can still be (upon payment of the late fee) until 12 May.
Entries will be judged by a panel of some of the region's most senior in-house and agency executives:
