LONDON — Salesforce is reviewing its PR agency support in the UK and EMEA, prompting an end to its four-year relationship with FleishmanHillard unit BlueCurrent Group.

The cloud computing giant is meeting with a handful of agencies regarding the UK assignment, along with establishing an EMEA hub for Salesforce's communications needs.

BlueCurrent has handled EMEA PR for Salesforce since 2014, adding the UK in 2015, but has declined to repitch for the business. Salesforce also works with local market agencies such as Fink & Fuchs in Germany and Rumeur Publique in France

The review follows the arrival of Simon Redfern as EMEA VP of communications for Salesforce earlier this year.

"Every so often we review our agencies rosters in Europe, Middle East and Africa," Redfern told the Holmes Report via email. "We are seeing a small number of presentations from
agencies tasked with maintaining and growing our UK presence and establishing an EMEA hub that will support our rapidly growing business in the region."

Redfern added that he expects the process to be complete by August.

In the US, Salesforce consolidated all its corporate PR with Zeno Group last year, and in March also handed its product PR work in the US to Zeno, after Nectar Communications held the account for four years.
