NEW YORK — The consumer and sports marketing agency Taylor has upped two long-time execs, Maeve Hagen and Mike Costabile, to new leadership roles.

Hagen has been named president of Taylor’s Charlotte, N.C. office, a newly created position. A 10-year vet of the company (which she joined after an internship) Hagen most recently served as New York-based senior VP. The Charlotte office accounts for about a third of Taylor's staff. Hagen relocated to there two years ago and, since then, has played a large role in shaping the culture of that office.

Costabile, most recently executive VP, will now be a managing partner, based in Taylor’s New York office. He will continue to lead the Taylor’s largest and longest-standing client, the alcohol industry’s Diageo.

“I have had the good fortune and opportunity to work closely with Maeve and Mike for the past 10 and 15 years, respectively,” said CEO and managing partner Tony Signore (pictured). “Their leadership, business acumen, management and client relations skills have played a significant role in Taylor’s transformation and growth during the past five years. Given the positions that Maeve and Mike have ascended to within our agency, I can state with a great deal of certainty that Taylor is structurally sound, with a very promising future.”
