JAKARTA—Text100 has formed a licensed partnership agreement with Bening Communications, a full service communications agency in Indonesia.

The agreement builds on a long-standing affiliate partnership dating back to 2005, and establishes both agencies as exclusive partners in Indonesia. Under the agreement, Bening will be added to Text100's global network of 30 offices, and can trade under the name Bening-Text100. The license partner framework also creates the exchange of best practices, consulting resources, staff training and know-how; which will effectively add value to both agencies' existing and prospective client portfolio.

"As the world's fourth largest country with nearly 240 million people, and achieving robust economic growth, Indonesia is a critically important market for multinational and domestic companies," said Marc Ha, vice president, Text100 Asia-Pacific.

According to Didin Nasirudin, co-founder and managing director, Bening Communication: “The strong combination of Text100’s global communications consultancy expertise, coupled with Bening’s deep local market knowledge and solid media relations will enable our current and future clients to be more confident in building their reputation and business in Indonesia.”

The two firms have worked together with clients such as Lenovo and Symantec.
