LONDON — So What Global, the marketing services group formed by Tonic Life founders Scott Clark and Oliver Parsons (pictured) last year, has unveiled a new healthcare offering by acquiring Iris Life Communications — a healthcare firm launched by former Tonic Life directors one year ago.

So What has acquired 100% of Iris Life, which rebrands as So Healthy, marking Clark and Parsons' re-entry into the healthcare arena after founding Tonic Life in 2004. The duo have also reunited with Moira Gitsham, the third Tonic Life founder, who becomes a director and shareholder in So Healthy.

Iris Life principals Stephanie Bunten and Lee-Ann Cameron, who launched the firm after departing Tonic Life last year, become directors and shareholders in So Healthy. All Iris team members and their roster of global and UK ethical and consumer health clients will integrate into So Healthy — the team will be based in central London.

"PR agency success has always been about bringing together the best talent in one place and creating the environment for them to shine," said Clark, So What Global group CEO. "With today’s announcement, we are reuniting a winning team that has a proven track record in healthcare fuelled by a competitive energy that will make an impact from day one."

The So What group launched last year with So Active, a sports marketing consultancy led by Matt Dawson.
