LONDON — W Communications UK CEO Adam Mack has left the agency after nearly two years to specialise in strategy and planning consultancy, the Holmes Report has learned.

Mack joined the agency as its first UK CEO towards the end of 2017, from his role as chief strategy officer at Weber Shandwick.

During Mack’s tenure as CEO, W Communications won multiple SABRE awards and clients including Spotify, Adidas, Three Mobile and Marriott Hotels Group.

Mack told the Holmes Report: “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at W. The agency has some amazing people, and I am proud to have been part of its growth.”

W Communications founder Warren Johnson commented: “We’d like to thank Adam for his work on behalf of the agency. We wish him all the best for the future.”

In terms of future plans, Mack said he was “looking forward to a new chapter in my career with a focus on helping businesses make sense of the bigger issues facing them, the societies they are part of and the environment they impact.”
