NEW YORK—Zeno Group has been appointed as agency of record to support Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, handling corporate and brand public relations and social media for the global luxury brand.
Zeno’s primary responsibilities will be to lead and develop strategic integrated campaigns that tell key brand stories that spotlight hotels through locally actionable programming utilizing toolkits and content platforms.

Zeno will also manage media relations in the United States for the company.
