Today, we live in a digital world where the most well-known and biggest brands did not even exist 10 years ago, and traditional business models are constantly challenged by disruptive innovations that can deliver services faster, cheaper and more efficiently. Similarly, the ground rules to how companies and brands communicate with their audiences are also rapidly shifting. IN.FOM was founded in 2011 by Mike Liew and Wong Voal Voal, two battle-hardened communications practitioners who have been in senior leadership roles in multinational communications agencies for many years. During their tenures, they have seen first-hand, how the traditional PR agencies – shackled by their corporate and legacy structures – struggled with the ability to deliver meaningful value-add to their clients and be profitable at the same time in this rapidly-changing communications landscape. 

Our constant ability to deliver insights and innovative communications approaches is best exemplified by the continued expansion of our regional remit with Microsoft in Asia, Herbalife Asia Pacific and CA Technologies Asia Pacific. We also continue to deliver impactful communications programmes for leading global brands such as Intel, ENGIE Asia Pacific, Nokia Networks, UnionPay, Intralinks, Expedia and Singtel. These achievements are clear affirmations of the confidence that our clients have on IN.FOM, not only in Singapore but across the region as well. 

In addition to the awards won for campaigns developed for clients in the last few years, IN.FOM has also been named by the Institute of Public Relations Singapore (IPRS) as the Singapore PR Consultancy of the Year in 2015, and by Holmes Report as the Asia Pacific Technology Consultancy of the Year for two years running (in 2015 and 2016), a feat that no other Singapore-based agency has ever achieved before. In addition, IN.FOM was named the World’s 4th Most Creative PR Agency by Holmes Report in 2015, and also made the shortlist for the SABRE Global Technology Consultancy of the Year awards for 2015 and 2016.
