NEW YORK—Access Communications has signed six new clients in its New York office. The new accounts include Nickelodeon and Spreadshirt in the consumer sector, Intelligent Results and NetDeposit in financial services, Ultimate Software, a leading provider of on-demand software, and CMP Technology, a marketing solutions company that publishes more than 200 technology-focused publications and web sites.
The firm has also added a new senior vice president and general manager, Rich Layne, a former editor at the American Banker. Before joining Access, Layne counseled clients including Hitachi, Ernst & Young, Johnson & Johnson, SunGuard and Fidelity. His background also includes writing for Forbes and InformationWeek.
