WASHINGTON, DC—Stanton Communications has added two tech industry clients to its client roster: the Consumer Electronics Association and Fraunhofer IIS. Stanton will support the CEA in the development, launch and growth of a public campaign to educate consumers on available in-vehicle electronics that enhance driving safety while minimizing distractions. Fraunhofer IIS is best known for developing MP3, and Stanton will primarily support its audio and multimedia division.

RALEIGH, NC—French/West/Vaughan has been selected by NOCQUA Adventure Gear as its public relations and marketing partner. NOCQUA produces innovative lighting products for watersport and outdoor enthusiasts.

DOBBS FERRY, NY—CarrotNewYork, an education marketing specialist, has retained Kalvin Public Relations to provide strategic communications and public relations services. The agency will help increase the visibility and awareness of CarrotNewYork to reach a wider audience of corporations, government agencies and trade associations that can benefit from its expertise in developing brand sponsored educational content.

NEW YORK—Lifestyle public relations firm Brandstyle Communications has been retained to represent e-stationery company Iomoi.
