SAN FRANCISCO—Ogilvy Public Relations has added three clients to its technology practice roster: Arrayent, CliQr and Cima NanoTech. Arrayent, a software platform that lets manufacturers and retailers connect their products to the Internet, will work with the technology practice and reputation management experts. Ogilvy will provide strategic planning, content development and influencer relations support for CliQr Technologies, a leading provider of cloud-application management solutions. And for Cima NanoTech, a smart materials company, Ogilvy will focus on accelerating the brand’s visibility among key industry, technology and mainstream media.

NEW YORK—Fitbug, a leader and pioneer in digital health and wellbeing solutions, has appointed Frank PR USA to handle the launch and ongoing consumer marketing of the Fitbug Orb and KiK digital coach system. In addition to supporting the launch of the Fitbug Orb, Frank will also handle issues management and corporate communications including Fitbug’s current trademark infringement case against Fitbit.

WASHINGTON, DC—The American Statistical Association, the second-oldest professional association in America and the world’s largest community of statisticians, has selected Stanton Communications as its public relations agency of record after a competitive review. The firm will partner with ASA to develop and implement a comprehensive communications program to engage and educate high-school and college students, career counselors, parents, educators and others about the opportunities available in the scientific field of statistics and the benefit of being statistically literate.

RALEIGH, NC—B2G Sports, a high school football training and development organization, has selected French/West/Vaughan as its public relations and marketing agency of record. FWV will work with B2G to secure sponsorship opportunities and provide media relations support for the organization’s programs and events.

PORTSMOUTH, NH—Calypso Communications, a full-service public relations, marketing, and creative design firm, has been selected by Seacoast Sports Clubs, the parent company of several multi-generational health and fitness facilities in the Seacoast, to provide comprehensive social media, branding, and creative services.

BOSTON—Greenough has been named agency of record for CareWell Urgent Care, a leading provider of accessible, efficient community healthcare. The PR program will focus on creating brand awareness and educating consumers about the benefits of using urgent care centers.

DALLAS—M/C/C, a Dallas-based integrated marketing communications firm, has been selected by Altium Limited, an Australian-owned public software company, to increase the company’s presence in the US through media planning and placement efforts. M/C/C will develop a comprehensive media planning, buying and optimization program for Altium.

ATLANTA—Calysto, which focuses on the mobile and telecom industries, is managing the public relations, content and social media efforts for SOLiD Technologies, a leading provider of equipment solutions for wireless networks. Calysto will focus on positioning SOLiD as the leader in solving densification problems while building on the company’s momentum in public safety.

LOS ANGELES—Tellem Grody PR has added six entertainment and healthcare clients: Nitro Circus Live, a global action sports spectacle; The Fresh Beat Band, a preschool music group; Alton Brown Live!; Drum Channel, a drum education website; BuildMyBod, which offers consumers a database  of procedure pricing for physicians; and Nurses Lounge, an online network and communications portal for the nursing profession.
