New business success for Rogers & Cowan, BackBay Communications, Stuntman, and Blaze PR.

NEW YORK—After a competitive search, Rogers & Cowan has been selected as the agency of record for Scripps Networks Interactive’s home category brands including HGTV, DIY Network, their respective online destinations, and related branded products and services. The agency will be asked to build HGTV and DIY Network as the most recognized destinations for everything related to home. The firm’s bi-coastal team will be led by senior vice president Maggie Gallant.

BOSTON—BackBay Communications, a public relations firm focused on the financial and professional services sectors, has been retained as agency of record by Expect Miracles Foundation - Financial Services Against Cancer. BackBay's mandate includes ongoing promotion of the Foundation's recently established Miracle Maker Leadership Council and the Council's breakfast series to be held over the coming year in Boston, New York and Los Angeles.

NEW YORK—Stuntman, a consumer lifestyle public relations firm, has been named the agency of record for Kanon Organic Vodka. Stuntman will collaborate with Kanon’s existing digital agency, The 88, and the brand’s social media social agency of record, CA Creative, to suppor the introduction of the Swedish Kanon Organic Vodka to the US.

LOS ANGELES—AmaWaterways, a pioneer in modern river cruising, announced Blaze PR as its agency of record. The agency’s goals include raising the brand’s profile through a comprehensive public relations program including an aggressive media relations campaign, social media strategy and execution, and travel awards program.
