Frederick’s of Hollywood Group, the intimate apparel retail company, has selected KCSA Strategic Communications as its investor relations agency of record, plus new business for French/West/Vaughan, Pollack PR Marketing Group and Maroon PR.

NEW YORK—Frederick’s of Hollywood Group, the intimate apparel retail company, has selected KCSA Strategic Communications as its investor relations agency of record. KCSA will implement a comprehensive investor relations campaign designed to build greater awareness of the company’s turnaround strategy within the investment community. According to Thomas Lynch, Frederick’s chairman and chief executive: " Many of the improvements we made earlier in the year are already evident to our investors, including reduced costs and changes in our corporate structure. With some of the most significant operating enhancements expected to take hold during fiscal 2010, we believe that this is the best time to expand our efforts to communicate and interact with shareholders and the investment community at large.


TAMPA—SecurityPoint Media, the company behind airport security tray advertising, has selected French/West/Vaughan  as agency of record. FWV is launching a public relations and social media campaign to increase consumer awareness and establish added value for SecurityPoint Media's clients such as Charles Schwab, Ruby Tuesday's and Zappos. The firm will provide media relations and online marketing support for the recent Zappos ad campaign launch in Newark Liberty, JFK and LaGuardia airports.

LOS ANGELES—The Pollack PR Marketing Group has been selected as agency of record for Pocket Radar, a start-up that designs and manufactures, the world’s first and only palm-sized speed radar device set to be introduced at the 2010 International Consumer Electronics Show in January. “We selected PPMG not only for their extensive experience and innovative, exciting launch ideas, but also for their commitment to providing senior level strategic counsel in all client interactions,” says Steven Goody, CEO and co-founder at Pocket Radar.
