SAN FRANCISCO—Autonet Mobile, a leading Internet-based telematics and applications service platform provider, has selected Waggener Edstrom as its public relations agency of record. WE will help raise awareness of Autonet’s vision, brand and product portfolio, with a focus on driving demand from car manufacturers and the car-buying public. The account will be managed out of Waggener Edstrom’s San Francisco office, led by senior vice president and general manager Lisa Allen.

RALEIGH, NC—French/West/Vaughan has been selected by Virginia-based organic burger franchise Elevation Burger as national agency of record for the company’s US and international locations. FWV is tasked with compiling an annual integrated marketing strategy for the company, including brand positioning, public relations, advertising, social media, events, grassroots efforts and influencer programming, as well as developing a toolkit for new store openings across the globe.

COLUMBUS, OH—Savannah College of Art and Design, a private, nonprofit institution that annually prepares more than 11,500 students for professional careers in the arts, has selected Fahlgren Mortine as its full-service agency of record, encompassing services in content marketing, branding, digital, social media and media relations.

NEW YORK—Spring O’Brien, a boutique communications agency specializing in travel and lifestyle marketing, has been appointed the PR agency of record by Visit South Walton, a 26-mile stretch of Northwest Florida’s Coast.

ELMWOOD PARK, NJ—Retired Brig. Gen. Becky Halstead, founder of Steadfast Leadership, has appointed CPR Strategic Marketing Communications to launch a public relations campaign for her inspirational book, “24/7: The First Person You Must Lead is You.” Halstead specializes in inspirational speaking, consulting and advising. In Iraq she led over 20,000 soldiers and 5,000 civilians, and commanded eight out of her last 11 years in the Army.
