KNOXVILLE, TN—Ackermann PR has formed a new division to focus on marketing and communications strategies for the real estate development industry. The new division was formed in response to an increase in the number of real estate clients at the firm

“While we remain a generalist PR and marketing firm,” says agency founder Cathy Ackermann, “our business in the real estate sector has exploded. Homebuyers today are bombarded with real estate options, so it is critical for developers to understand how to cost-effectively reach their most likely customers.  We find that many developers do practically no true marketing, while others are overspending terribly in hopes that something will work.”

Ackermann PR’s services offered through this new division include assistance with packaging plans and proposals for the investment community as well as for regulatory bodies; complete marketing strategies and action plans, beginning with competitive research and target audience identification; internet marketing strategies; direct mail; print and broadcast advertising; media relations; sales staff training; and after-sale customer relations and referral development programs.
