WASHINGTON, DC—Kelly Stepno, formerly at Booz Allen Hamilton, joins APCO Worldwide as a senior director for crisis management and litigation communication. Stepno most recently served as senior associate, commercial health and life sciences, at Booz Allen Hamilton, which she joined in 2011. Prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton, Stepno spent 14 years at TMG Strategies in Arlington, Va., eventually serving as vice president and corporate counsel.

NEW YORK—BerlinRosen, a national public relations and political consulting firm, has expanded its senior management team with the appointment of new executive vice presidents Stephanie Mueller, leader of the firm’s DC office and head of its national issue advocacy practice; Jeremy Soffin, leader of the real estate, transportation and infrastructure practice; Ben Wyskida, leader of the philanthropy, media and culture practice; and Lynsey Kryzwick, leader of the labor practice. New senior VPs are Josh Cook, Keri Fulton, Moira Herbst, Jaclyn Kessel, Dan Levitan and Danny Massey. 

ANNAPOLIS, Md—Crosby Marketing Communications has added Bridget Stockdale as a director, senior strategist. She will lead brand planning and analytics initiatives, and cross-functional teams for Crosby clients. This includes work on behalf of Military OneSource, the Department of Defense’s flagship digital services platform that supports service members and their families across the globe. Stockdale joins Crosby from a vice president of digital position at Edelman in Washington, DC.

SANTA ANA, CA—Powerhouse Public Relations has promoted Brenna O’Leary to the role of account manager. She will continue to provide senior level management for accounts including Del Taco and Boudin Bakery, and will focus on national media placements.
