NEW YORK—Horn Group has added Brian Sinderson as managing director, based out of its New York office. In his new role, he will be responsible for managing New York office operations, business development and driving client strategy and messaging. Prior to joining Horn, he was a senior vice president and global account lead at MSL Group managing the multi-million dollar PayPal account and before that he held senior positions at several leading agencies including Edelman, Burson-Marsteller and GolinHarris.

TORONTO—Citizen Relations has added corporate expertise with the appointment of Jean Lépine as executive VP and deputy general manager of its Toronto office. Lépine has built a global career in both the private and public sectors in Canada, the US and Europe, leading communications, sustainability and risk management teams for industry leaders such as Harman, AB InBev, AstraZeneca and most recently Blue Goose Pure Foods.

PARSIPPANY, NJ—Coyne Public Relations has added Mike Sloan as chief financial officer. Sloan will lead the agency’s finance and accounting operations from its headquarters in Parsippany, NJ. Sloan has more than 20 years of financial and administrative experience with public relations agencies. He has served as chief client financial officer for Ogilvy PR, vice president of finance at Ketchum, and chief financial officer of US operations for Edelman. Most recently, Sloan worked with Taylor.

DALLAS—Tucker & Associates has promoted Brian Briscoe to senior vice president and Brooke Traister to vice president. Briscoe recently served as the agency’s vice president and manages the Interstate Batteries, Plano Convention & Visitors Bureau and Develop Abilene accounts, and also assists with crisis communications and new business development. Traister joined Tucker in 2010 to oversee the agency’s social media efforts and was most recently account supervisor.

ATLANTA—The Wilbert Group, a full-service communications and public relations firm, has hired Mark Braykovich as vice president overseeing the firm's corporate and professional services practice. Braykovich was formerly business editor of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and director of public relations for Atlanta-based Troutman Sanders.
