Since joining the firm in 1999, Sands has led account teams for many of Weber Shandwick’s top business-to-business and government clients, including the Internal Revenue Service, Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America and Prudential Retirement, and recently led the firm’s efforts to win the U.S. Census Bureau account. Prior to joining Weber Shandwick, Sands managed communications for the commercial business unit of Travelers (previously The St. Paul Companies).
