Youngstrom brings nearly a decade of experience building brand communications strategies for both consumer lifestyle and corporate communications clients. Prior to her role at Kaplow, she worked at Schwartz Communications, specializing in strategic media relations for technology companies.

WASHINGTON, DC—Jose Martinez Salmeron has joined Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide as a senior vice president and creative director for its Washington, DC, digital influence group. Salmeron joins Ogilvy Washington from Cell Division in New York City, where he was creative director. Prior to that, he exercised the roles of director of visual design for DC-based agency EightShapes and associate creative director at frog design. He also served in creative roles at Yahoo!, the University of California Irvine, and Organic.

NEW YORK—Goodman Media International has added Carla De Landri, as senior counsel. De Landri previously worked with ABC News on broadcasts including World News Tonight with Peter Jennings, Nightline and, most recently, 20/20. She also helped create a digital platform for 20/20, increasing traffic to the show's website. She was also a member of the ABC News team that covered the fall of the Berlin Wall and the Tiananmen Square uprising.

RICHMOND—Pia Mara Finkell has been promoted from associate vice president to vice president in CRT/tanaka’s Richmond office. She supports the agency’s consumer practice, working on accounts including Vibrant Rioja, the Federation of Quebec Maple Syrup Producers and other food and beverage clients. In addition, Sara Dunaj has been promoted from account executive to senior account executive in the agency’s Los Angeles office.
