New people in new roles at Finn Partners, Ketchum Sports & Entertainment, and Greenough.

NEW YORK—Finn Partners has appointed David MacKay (pictured) as partner at the agency, based in Washington, DC, and responsible for leading and expanding the firm's regional integrated marketing capabilities, and serving as the first Washington-based partner of the firm's Polskin Arts & Communications Counselors division. Most recently, MacKay was senior vice president and senior partner at Fleishman-Hillard in Washington, where clients included Bloomberg Government, NeighborWorks America, AT&T, Saudi Aramco, and Circuit City.

NEW YORK—Patrick Wixted has joined Ketchum Sports & Entertainment as vice president, client services director. Wixted will play a role in the expanding division, bringing more than 11 years of experience in the sports and entertainment marketing industry. Previously, Wixted served in the Washington Redskins’ media relations and communications department for more than five years, eventually becoming director of public relations.

BOSTON—Veteran journalist Andrea LePain has been promoted to vice president, media relations, at Greenough. LePain will continue to oversee the agency’s media team and is directly responsible for expanding the media team and working closely with her colleagues across the agency to grow the practice as the media landscape evolves. She joined Greenough nearly two years ago, after serving as managing editor for NECN, one of the nation’s largest regional news channels.
