WASHINGTON, D.C.—Allison & Partners has formed a strategic partnership with Dr. John O’Brien, a leading public health expert who is a frequent speaker on issues ranging from chronic disease to public health policy. O’Brien will work with Allison & Partners’ healthcare practice to help clients navigate the social and behavioral aspects of public health and healthcare reform.
According to Brian Feldman, partner and general manager of Allison & Partners’ Washington, D.C. office, O’Brien’s position as a healthcare futurist “will help the Allison & Partners team remain at the leading edge of trends in the health and wellness industry.”
As executive director of the Responsible Health Institute, O’Brien provides research and education on health policy, health literacy, and medication adherence. In addition to serving as a professor at the College of Notre Dame School of Pharmacy and an adjunct professor at the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers University, O'Brien has served as a senior advisor to Allison & Partners client the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America as a spokesperson for the industry's chronic disease prevention and wellness initiatives.
