New business at Madison PR; a new hire at GolinHarris; and new members for IPREX and PRGN.

MUMBAI—Madison Public Relations has added new clients and brands in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, lifestyle, food and beverage and education sectors. In the healthcare sector, the firm won a mandate for GlaxoSmithKline’s vaccines business in India and The Cradle, a boutique birthing centre from Apollo Health & Lifestyles. In the food and beverage sector, the agency is working for Budweiser; Garuda Foods, an Indonesian food giant; Hokey Pokey, which produces vegetarian ice-creams; Radikal Overseas, one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of premium basmati rice; and Brbee Products, honey products from the Himalayan Range. In the education sector, the agency won Institute of Finance and International Management and ITC's education and stationery products business. In the Lifestyle sector, Madison PR bagged the mandate for Puma India, one of the world’s leading sport lifestyle companies, and Skechers South Asia. Other significant wins were Go Air from the Wadia Group, Shenzhen State Micro Technology, Media Today Group, Hilton Hotel, Janakpuri, Wizzcare- Home Healthcare Specialists, Studio 169 in New Delhi, Panchantra Lifecare in Hyderabad, Meinhardt Infrastructure and McDowell Indian Derby in Mumbai.

SHANGHAI—GolinHarris has appointed Adrian Looi (pictured) as director of digital communications in Shanghai. He will lead the agency’s digital practice in China. Looi comes to GolinHarris with more than 10 years of PR, marketing, and advertising experience in Singapore, Malaysia, China, and Taiwan. Prior to joining the agency, he worked with agencies including TBWA/DAN, Zenith Communications, and Y&R Wunderman Taiwan.

TOKYO—Japanese firm Integrate Communications, which specializes in developing and implementing strategic marketing communications campaigns on behalf of clients in the consumer products, leisure and food industries, has joined Public Relations Global Network, a network of 47 independent public relations firms and more than 800 communications professionals

MUMBAI—IPREX, the global network of communication agencies, has recruited Mumbai-based Percept Profile to work alongside existing India partner Concept PR. The firm works across a range of industry sectors from telecoms, real estate, power, aviation and financial services to lifestyle, luxury, fashion, travel and tourism, education, sports and entertainment. It has additional offices in Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata and Pune. Clients include Alila Diwa Hotels & Resorts, Sands Las Vegas , Bridgestone, Karbonn Mobiles, Tupperware, and the 43rd International Film Festival of India.
