Burson Expands Latin American Leadership Team

Ramiro Prudencio has been named chief operating officer for Burson-Marsteller’s Latin American operations and Claudia Adriasola to lead regional new business and corporate development.

MIAMI—Ramiro Prudencio has been named chief operating officer for Burson-Marsteller’s Latin American operations and Claudia Adriasola to lead regional new business and corporate development.  Both positions report to Santiago Hinojosa, president and CEO of the Latin America region.  The promotions are effective immediately. 

 

Prudencio is currently head of the agency’s Miami office and regional public affairs and corporate/financial practice. In his new role, he will be responsible for the agency’s strategic growth plan for the Latin America region, where Burson-Marsteller presently operates 11 wholly-owned offices across nine countries. In addition to coordinating regional and global new business efforts, Adriasola will be responsible for growing the agency’s client base.

 

Prior to assuming his current role in Miami, Prudencio spent 12 years as country manager for the agency’s operations in Chile and Brazil. Adriasola, who has been with the agency for 14 years, has been country manager in Chile and Mexico, and more recently led the agency’s human resources and talent development function.
