CKPR Adds Allstate's McLaughlin as VP

Jennifer McLaughlin has joined CKPR as vice president after three years at The Allstate Corporation, where she served on the national media team. McLaughlin was in charge of strategic communications efforts.

CHICAGOJennifer McLaughlin has joined CKPR as vice president after three years at The Allstate Corporation, where she served on the national media team. McLaughlin was in charge of strategic communications efforts, including national and local media campaign development, crisis communication, executive positioning, and acting as a company spokesperson. Prior to Allstate, McLaughlin spent seven years with Margie Korshak Inc., one of Chicago’s oldest publicity agencies.

 

Chris Short also joins as vice president, after two years with GolinHarris in Chicago managing global communications for The Dow Chemical Company, Coors Brewing Company and Molson Coors Brewing Company. Prior to Golin, Short spent 10 years with Cushman/Amberg Communications.

 

In addition, Kristin Fletcher has joined parent ad agency Cramer-Krasselt as director of agency communications from Leo Burnett in Chicago, where she was a member of the agency’s corporate communications team for eight years, most recently as VP/director of corporate communications for Burnett’s North American region.
