NEW YORK—Cohn & Wolfe has named Jeremy Clark as managing director and Anita Bose as deputy director of its New York healthcare practice. Clark will fill a role vacated earlier this year and will work together with Bose to oversee the practice and provide senior counsel to the agency’s portfolio of worldwide healthcare clients.

He is relocating from London, where he has been managing director of the agency’s U.K. healthcare practice, and will report to Michael O’Brien, president and general manager of New York, on U.S. business. He will also be taking on a new role of global healthcare practice leader with a mandate to strengthen and extend the firm’s global healthcare offering, reporting to agency chief executive Donna Imperato on global initiatives.

Jacinta Collins, who has been joint managing director with Clark for the past two years, will assume the lead role in Cohn & Wolfe London’s healthcare team.
