PARSIPPANY, NJ—Consumer specialist Coyne Public Relations has launched of a season-long public relations campaign on behalf of Pennzoil Motorsports, kicking off at the Daytona 500.

The Pennzoil Change for Charity campaign will tap into Pennzoil’s stable of NASCAR and INDY-sponsored drivers to lead a series of charity events in various race markets over the course of the season to build consumer awareness of the Pennzoil motor sports sponsorship and enhance brand relations with local retailers.

The campaign is an expansion of a one-race event—dubbed the World’s Fastest Oil Change—developed by Coyne PR for Pennzoil last season and conducted at the 2004 Indianapolis 500 with Pennzoil team driver Tomas Scheckter.
