DeVries Strengthens Lifestyle Group, Creative Departments

DeVries Public Relations has hired Meryl Cooper as managing director of its home and lifestyle division and has strengthened its creative services and new business development staff.

NEW YORK—DeVries Public Relations has hired Meryl Cooper as managing director of its home and lifestyle division and has strengthened its creative services and new business development staff.

 

Previously at LaForce+Stevens, Cooper has experience with food, spirits, hospitality, media and lifestyle accounts. Prior to LaForce+Stevens, she worked with Working Mother Media as director of public relations, and with the Screen Actors Guild as manager of public relations. She is tasked with oversight of a diverse portfolio of DeVries clients in the food, wine, beer and lifestyle arenas.

 

Adrianna Giuliani joins as senior vice president creative and strategic planning, a newly-created role. She is charged with bringing innovation and best practices in creative idea generation and strategic planning to the agency. She joins from Ketchum, where she was a founding member of the ReCreativity think tank and worked on brands in the food, spirits, technology, home and lifestyle arenas.

 

Donna Newton joins as director, new business development, spearheading new business efforts and agency marketing for DeVries. Previously she was with MediaCom.
