Nestle famously hit the headlines last year when Greenpeace attacked its use of palm oil from Indonesian rainforests. At the European Communications Summit in Brussels, Nestle group comms director Rudolf Ramsauer explains how the company is convincing NGO's of its genuine commitment to CSR, what he calls "shared values".
