Edelman Strengthens Employee Engagement Practice

Edelman is expanding its U.S. employee engagement practice is expanding with the recent addition of two professional staff. Elizabeth Lowe Baran joins Edelman as vice president.

CHICAGO—Edelman is expanding its U.S. employee engagement practice is expanding with the recent addition of two professional staff. Elizabeth Lowe Baran joins Edelman as vice president, and Sara Rontal Fisher joins Edelman as an account supervisor.

Baran has extensive employee engagement and change management experience, having worked at Fleet Bank in Boston and most recently in the change management practice of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Consulting in Chicago.

Fisher is a recent graduate from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism Integrated Marketing Program, where she specialized in organizational behavior and employee communications. Prior to earning her master’s degree, Fisher was director of internal communications for Primedia in New York.
