New people in new roles at Chandler Chicco, R/GA; new business at Good Relations; and a new partnership for Fishburn Hedges.

LONDON—Chandler Chicco has appointed David Kane (pictured) as managing director of its Biosector 2 business in London, reporting to Fiona Hall. Kane will move to Biosector 2 from Ogilvy Healthworld, where he was global brand leader for Boehringer Ingelheim and a senior member of the global medical education team. Neil Beasley, former managing director of Biosector 2, will take on a new strategic client services and development role, servicing the entire Chandler Chicco Companies network.

LONDON—Digital agency R/GA has added Russell Davies as head of planning for its London office, responsible for growing the strategic relationships with R/GA’s clients, while also helping to develop the continued evolution of the London office. Davies joins R/GA London from Ogilvy where he served as head of planning for EMEA.

LONDON—Good Relations has been appointed by Bathstore, one of Britain’s leading bathroom retailers, to work on a major profile-building campaign. Good Relations' role will cover consumer, B2B and corporate communications. The firm’s head of consumer, Richard Moss, will lead the account.

LONDON—Fishburn Hedges is strengthening its editorial services through a new partnership with award-winning editor Morice Mendoza. Mendoza is the founder of editorial content consultancy Mendozamedia. He has edited major business and professional magazines and websites aimed at top professionals and managers in business, politics, engineering, design, education and the arts.
