A new Middle Eastern office for College Group; a new practice for Four; new clients for Grayling and Broadgate.

DUBAI—Corporate and financial specialist College Group has established College Group Middle East with the opening of its first regional office in Dubai. Run by managing partners Nicholas Lunt and Samantha Bartel Al Khalaf, the team will provide an integrated, multi-disciplinary offering, supported in due course by further expansion in Abu Dhabi and Riyadh as well as satellite offices in Doha and Manama.

LONDON—Four Communications Group has launched One Luxury Marketing, a new specialist practice that will offer integrated solutions encompassing marketing, media, event management, PR, content, digital and film. One Luxury Marketing will focus primarily on representing high-end, luxury lifestyle, consumer and property brands such as Café Royal hotel, Grace Belgravia and The Hideaways Club, while at the same time offering specialist support to the company’s existing luxury clients. It will have offices in the UK (London) and the Gulf (Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Muscat) and will target China and Australia over the next 12 months.

LONDON—Financial services giant Raymond James has appointed Grayling, following a four-way pitch process, to handle its corporate communications program in the UK and Europe for both its Raymond James Investment Services and European Capital Markets businesses. The communications program will support the growth of Raymond James in the UK and Europe by driving greater awareness and understanding of Raymond James’ propositions, both as a leading international wealth manager and as a capital markets expert.

LONDON—Walker Crips Group, a financial services group, has appointed Broadgate Mainland to raise awareness of the group’s evolving strategic aims and increasing breadth of service in the investment management and wealth management sectors. Broadgate Mainland has been working with Walker Crips on a  project to launch the UK’s first regulated bridging finance fund under the company’s new alternative investments division.
