HONG KONG—Financial Dynamics International has expanded its operations in the Asia-Pacific region with the addition of 15 employees, led by Wendy Yeung, formerly of Hong Kong-based financial, corporate and marketing communications firm Occasions Corporate & Financial Communications. The team will be combined with FD’s existing Hong Kong and mainland China teams giving the consultancy’s clients access to a 25-strong team in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing.

Yeung has a 17 year track record in the communications industry in the region, during which time she has advised on over 160 IPOs and worked with a diverse group of clients, principally in the media, manufacturing, retail and property sectors, including Parkson Retail, Guangzhou R&F Properties, TPV Holdings, Dah Sing Bank, and hongkong.com; and marketing communications clients include Asia Television, Enzo, Kerry Properties, Sun Hung Kai Properties, and Sri Lankan Airlines.

“Wendy and her team have exceptional local market knowledge and experience, in particular, she has one of the best track records in IPO communications in the region,” says Diana Footitt, FD’s Asia CEO. “Our combined team is now able to offer our global client base unequalled on-the-ground advice in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai, in addition to providing world class investor relations and transaction communications advice to local Asian companies both on the ground in the region and internationally.”
