Financial Services Vet Peterman Joins PNC

The PNC Financial Services Group has hired Donna Peterman as senior vice president and director of corporate communications. She will lead PNC’s internal communications, media relations, executive communications and corporate events functions.

PITTSBURGH—The PNC Financial Services Group has hired Donna Peterman as senior vice president and director of corporate communications. Peterman will lead PNC’s internal communications, media relations, business and executive communications and corporate events functions and will report to Vance LaVelle, PNC’s chief marketing officer.

She replaces Jeep Bryant, who earlier this year was named managing director and global head of corporate communications at Bank of America.

Peterman most recently served as managing director and region head for UBS Americas, where she was responsible for communications and branding in North and South America. Prior to that, she served as senior vice president and director, corporate communications for the Paine Webber Financial Services Group and executive managing director for Hill & Knowlton.

A veteran of the financial services sector, Peterman is chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Securities Industry Foundation for Economic Education, as well as a member of the Securities Industry Associations Public Trust & Confidence Committee.
