Finlayson Leaves BM for Entertainment Software Company

Entertainment software company THQ has hired Bob Finlayson as vice president of corporate communications. Finlayson comes to THQ from Burson-Marsteller, where he served as president and CEO of the Northern California regiion.

CALABASAS HILLS, CA—Entertainment software company THQ has hired Bob Finlayson as vice president of corporate communications.  Finlayson comes to THQ from Burson-Marsteller, where he served as president and CEO of the Northern California regiion.

Finlayson has managed key accounts in interactive entertainment and consumer electronics, including Microsoft and Sony Consumer Electronics.  Prior to Burson-Marsteller, he served as an executive vice president of the Los Angeles office of Edelman Public Relations Worldwide, where he was responsible for providing strategic counsel and implementing public relations programs for both Microsoft’s Xbox and MSN divisions.
