FischerHealth Adds Nine New Clients

FischerHealth, the medical technology public relations unit of Porter Novelli, has added nine new clients across all four of its practice areas: medical devices and diagnostics, health services, life sciences and health information technology.

LOS ANGELES—FischerHealth, the medical technology public relations unit of Porter Novelli, has added nine new clients across all four of its practice areas: medical devices and diagnostics, health services, life sciences and health information technology. The firm also added the Institute for Myeloma & Bone Cancer Research as a pro-bono client.

The new clients include: Epocrates, a leader in providing clinical information to physicians and other healthcare professionals through handheld tools; I-Flow Corporation, which designs, develops and markets technically advanced drug delivery systems; Save Our Community Healthcare Access, a coalition to protect healthcare access to citizens regardless of their ability to pay; MedVantx, creator of a generic delivery network that provides first-line generic medication therapy free to patients at the point of care; PacifiCare Behavioral Health, provider of mental health, chemical dependency and employee assistance services; Prolacta Bioscience, which develops and provides improved methods for large-scale testing and processing of human breastmilk; St. Francis Medical Technologies, a privately held company engaged in the discovery, development, manufacturing and marketing of novel treatments for degenerative spinal disorders worldwide; and WellGen, a biotechnology company using nutrigenomics to discover and develop proprietary products that treat and prevent disease.
