Fleishman Names Carter to Lead San Francisco Office

Fleishman-Hillard has promoted senior vice president and partner J.J. Carter to general manager of its San Francisco office Carter currently serves as the client relationship manager for Visa and EA Sports, two of the agency’s largest clients.

SAN FRANCISCO—Fleishman-Hillard has promoted senior vice president and partner J.J. Carter to general manager of its San Francisco office Carter currently serves as the client relationship manager for Visa and EA Sports, two of the agency’s largest clients.

 

Carter joined FH in its San Francisco office in 2005, where he oversees the consumer team in the San Francisco office and is a co-leader of the company’s global sports marketing practice. Carter takes the helm from former general manager Annalise Coady, who has been named managing director for Fleishman Hillard in the Middle East, based in Dubai.

 

Prior to joining FH, Carter was director of public relations for the Association of Tennis Professionals, the international governing body of men’s professional tennis, managing media relations, event operations, and crisis management for players, tournaments, and tour executives. Before that, he was director of public relations for the NBA’s Detroit Pistons.
