Former CNN journalist Charles Caudill is joining Neale-May & Partners as managing director of its Global Fluency network, partnership of 38 independent technology PR and marketing firms.

PALO ALTO, Fenbruary 26—Former CNN journalist Charles Caudill is joining Neale-May & Partners as managing director of its Global Fluency network. Global Fluency is a partnership of 38 independent technology PR and marketing firms in 26 countries around the world.
 
An award-winning journalist and high-tech marketing executive, Caudill played a critical role in developing CNN from a cable network start-up to an international powerhouse in television journalism and online news.
