SAN CARLOS, CA— Joanna Kulesa and several other former employees of Evans Partners have launched Kulesa Public Relations, a technology public relations agency that will serve clients in enterprise software, networking, e-business and consumer technology. The firm will have offices in San Carlos and Santa Cruz.

Kulesa PR’s client roster includes market leaders AvantGo (owned by Sybase), Compuware Corporation, eHarmony, Euclid, Qurb and TeaLeaf Technology.

Kulesa was president and partner at Evans for the past six years. Prior to joining Evans Partners, Kulesa headed her own public relations agency and served in a variety of key positions at Borland International.

“Perhaps now more than ever, we are seeing an up tick in new clients seeking strategy and other services, signaling a broader market recovery,” Kulesa says. “What makes one agency stand out from the rest? I believe it is quality people and the level of our commitment to each client’s success that enable us to maintain long-term partnerships. I have worked with most of my clients and employees for nearly a decade.”
