Gibbs & Soell Launches Healthcare Practice

Gibbs & Soell Public Relations has launched a new dedicated national healthcare practice. Based out of the agency’s Raleigh, NC, office, the practice will be led by Bradd Pavur.

NEW YORK—Gibbs & Soell Public Relations has launched a new dedicated national healthcare practice. Based out of the agency’s Raleigh, NC, office, the practice will be led by Bradd Pavur, most recently regional director for healthcare and manager of the North Carolina office for Brodeur Worldwide.

Merix Bioscience, a venture capital-backed immunotherapy company headquartered in Durham, NC, will be among the first clients of the new practice. Prior to the announcement, Gibbs & Soell’s healthcare (including pharmaceutical) experience included working with Dow Pharma, Dow Corning Medical Materials, Wright Medical Technology and Perkin Elmer, as well as community hospitals and industry trade and non-profit healthcare organizations.
