The Hot Tub Council of the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals has named Gibbs & Soell Public Relations its agency of record. G&S will develop and implement a consumer and trade awareness program.

NEW YORK—The Hot Tub Council of the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals has named Gibbs & Soell Public Relations its agency of record. G&S will develop and implement a consumer and trade awareness program on the benefits of hot tubs, including the health-related benefits of warm water therapy.

“A lot of talented agencies threw their hats in the ring,” said Lauren Stack, manager of marketing and communications at the Hot Tub Council. “The Council was most impressed with the degree of interest Gibbs & Soell took in our industry and the preparation and research that went into its presentation. Strategic focus is a key attribute of an effective public relations partner, particularly at a time when the Hot Tub Council looks to reinvigorate its consumer communications. Ultimately, the agency’s strategic approach is what moved the Council to select G&S over the other finalists”
