NEW YORK—The Hot Tub Council of the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals has named Gibbs & Soell Public Relations its agency of record. G&S will develop and implement a consumer and trade awareness program on the benefits of hot tubs, including the health-related benefits of warm water therapy.
