WASHINGTON, D.C.—The Glover Park Group has appointed Clay Lowery to the position of senior vice president. Lowery brings years of public policy experience from the Department of the Treasury, the National Security Council, and the Millennium Challenge Corporation. He joins The Glover Park Group from Treasury, where he was assistant secretary of international affairs.
While at Treasury, Lowery advised Secretaries Rubin, Paulson, Summers and Snow, as well as National Security Advisor Rice on financial markets issues, financial regulation, and market crises.
