Gordon to Lead Communications for the ATP

Kate Gordon has been appointed vice president of corporate communications for the ATP, the international association for tennis professionals. Gordon begins her duties with the ATP this week and will be based in the ATP’s London office.

LONDON—Kate Gordon has been appointed vice president of corporate communications for the ATP, the international association for tennis professionals. Gordon begins her duties with the ATP this week and will be based in the ATP’s London office.

 

Gordon has led campaigns for clients in connection with the last five Olympic Games and a variety of professional sports, including governing bodies such as the PGA Tour and Major League Baseball. Most recently she was the U.K. head of sports and sponsorship for Edelman, managing multi-office teams across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America.

 

Earlier in her career Gordon became the first woman in the history of the Boston Red Sox Baseball Club to preside over the Fenway Park press box and travel as a team PR representative.
